Hey peeps,

Searched the forum and can't find much on it

was wondering if anyone with a n/a v6 4mo or r32 have used VVT attack software before and if so is it any good????

considering getting it if its any good but it's more expensive than an R-tech remap so i'm only after it if its any good!!!

help me !!!!!!!

Ah... thanks for clearing that up.

I thought the 2.8 only had emissions VVT, not the proper VVT like the 3.2? Images I've seen show the AUM 'VVT' solenoid arrangement.

yeh i was wondering about the dubious figures as R-tech reckon itll be around 8-10bhp increase but JBS reckon itll gain 20bhp because of the way the inlet manifold is changed but this is with a dyno-run after the remap ... may get it and try to get money back if i don't get the bhp theyre quoting me ;)

Over on R32oc.com theres been lots of discussion on JBS VVT atack.

in short jbs claimed something like 40bhp gain from this remap.

in reality 40bhp is not possible from an R32 remap.

in reality a remap will give maybe 10-15bhp extra, 40bhp is cookoo land

JBS vvt attack software was never verified on an independant rolling road, so the 40bhp claim was never proven.

not sure what they advertise it as nowadays??

If I were to remap my R32 again, I'd be looking at R-tech or Stealth (both of which are in the midlands)
