Ill be taking it out in the next few weeks so i'll tear it down to see where the issue lies... i think i just thought that the engine would have died alot sooner giving it having low pressure and how hard i drove it.... im very interested as to where the damage will be..

Worn shells. I'd have pulled a bearing cap while you were doing the pump.

I did and they looked mint... im sure i put a pic up at the start of this thread... i pulled 2 of the 4 caps and they looked great... didnt look like they had done 192000 miles ... i didnt check the mains though so unless the damage is there
