The ABS gives out 8 impulses per wheel turn, the distance impulse number defines the number of impulses per kilometer which indirectly reflects the wheel circumference.

bump, I need these figures.

my current wheel curcumference is 2001.82mm. It used to be 1993.34.

Changing the distance impulse number doesnt seem to be updating the speedo correctly []

Measuring using a sat nav but i always seem to be 3-5mph over the real speed.

You will always be 3-5 mph over the real speed.

Me and diggy calibrated his car at the weekend, closest we got it was 3 mph out at 100mph.

 

Its so you cant get done for speeding []

 

I managed to get mine within 1mph doing 60mph before.

Truble is I fully reset the cluster coding by misake and lost the distance impluse number (all the others are self explanitory) - sat nav takes ages to refresh and its getting hard to measure it!
