As it was such a nice day today, gave the car a good coat of Zymol and broke out the digi cam, got the brother in law to come over as well with his new car, and as you'll see, they say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery......[;)]

His car(the black one for peeps that dont know mine) is a 2001 115PD sport which i found for him on the VW web site, it already came with the oettinger spoiler and grill, and i guess he ran out of imagination when it came to the wheels....[;)]

He is now a definate VW convert after i convinced him to sell his focus and buy this beaut!

I got confused at first cos they both looked the same colour due to the contrast of my monitor! lol

Never thought about that! they are very similiar in colour on a monitor, lol [:I]

Sure is, give me back my valances and zorst! [;)]

Looks spot on mate, nice work..though is his a tad lower? You also need him to get a proper exahust like yours sorted out! Are you changing the VZs for those CHs? That was a stunning deal. I definetly need those lights.

looks very nice. He was lucky that you found him such a good spec'd Bora. Is that just an exhaust trim on his, or Miltek as well [?].

You both need a set of Osram diadem (indicator) bulbs though, will make the front of both cars look a lot cleaner.

Good work Beddie, nice to hear of another convert. I take it he's very pleased with the car [?].

Cheers for the comments guys! [:D]

Mikedav: Yeah mate his car does seem a touch lower and is definately 'sharper' to drive, think it may have the sports suspension on it, those CH's are still there waiting to be snapped up by some lucky person, as amazing as they looked on my car they just made the high ride height even worse! [:(], so i've decided to spend the money on sorting the suspension first, then if there still there....

PaulC: Spot on mate, Aldi car park in Northwich [:D]

02Bora: His Bora was quite a good find and IMO was reasonably priced at ?9999, it's a 2001 115PD sport on a 'Y', one owner and 30K, the oettinger stuff was a happy bonus!

His exhaust is actually my old Hofele trim piece which i took off when the Milltek went on, as he is family he gets it f.o.c and is keeping a close eye out for any bits i take off which he can use!

Diadems are being picked up at the weekend, and yes he is absolutely smitten with this car, it's his first VW and first diesel and he can't beleive the difference between it and his Focus [:D]

hmi1750, Baker21 & asgh4r: Thanx for the comments, i'm really pleased with how the Milltek and GLI tails have worked out, just need the suspension now...

Incidentally, i don't suppose someone can photoshop the GLI lights onto theblack car - juyt out of interest......)

I'm hopeless with photoshop, Royster is the man for this me thinks, he did a photoshop to put some rims on a friends Seat Leon a while back, drop him and pm and i'm sure he'll sort it for ya! [:D]

Looking Very Very Very Good, I love the shape of BORA's and yours looks the nuts.

Sorry to tell you what to do, but I would lower them a bit more just to lose the small space under the arches.

Love the wheels and the colour of the cars.

They both look in mint condition. Do you have any pictures of the interior as I've never seen them on the inside. I bet there's not a single bit of dust or dirt on the inside, if the outside is anything to go by[:)][:)]

RS GOLF: Cheers mate! [:D]

Gonna lower mine in the very near future as it rides too high for my liking, the brother in laws is a little lower thanks to the factory sports suspension, but lowering is on his list too....

Here's a couple of interior pics of mine - they are old pics as i now have a W8 light and R32 steering wheel fitted, next interior mod is to banish the wood trim to the bin and fit some ali. trim! [^]

The other car just has the standard cloth sport spec trim, but is immaculate and very nice neverless, no pics of that one yet though i'm afraid
