wiper help pls see pic

hi ave got this rear wiper i am not sure which blade i need coudl someone post a link to the correct wiper blade please as i thought it was a 99-01 polo and when i recieved the blade it was well 2 inches too short and looked pathetic i think its a polo aero wiper or a mk5 wiper
