Im getting my 2 back & rear windows tinted in a couple of weeks on my black golf. I said to the bloke I wanted them all limo black but im not too sure at the moment might have something a bit lighter. What you guys reckon? Maybe some of you can post up some pics of your cars with tints & what percent they are?

i wouldnt go too black either dont look very good imo anyway plus police gettin *** hot with tints too dark and they will be bothering you all time probably make you remove them

Don't listen to me mate, it was just my personal opinion.

I'm probably a bit older than you and my taste is very different.

I just think limo black windows are just a bit .. er... naff.

Have you considered a 35% tint on the sides and maybe limo black on the rear?

Like i said it's just my own personal view, []

its a black car, im not having the front 2 windows tinted so it shouldnt be a problem with being pulled. Have you got any pics m8?

Limo tint (5% is it?) looks awful, way too dark.

I have sat in Gary's car and it's perfect IMO....really subtle.

I would have it done too but I really don't think tints look that good on a black car.

My windows look a little darker than standard anyway due to the black headliner []

nah mate dont go for limo black it wont look nice. go for light or dark smokes all round or a combination just check which members cars you think looks nice.

heres mine not all that clear but i think ill take this oppurtunity to show it off anyway []. ive got light smokes all round.

ye thinking about it limo blacks will look a bit pants im prob gunna get a combination i want dark smoke on the r back windows light smoke on the 2 font & not too sure about the rear because i want to be able to see out of it when reversing at night?!
