I'm sure someone else can confirm this however from what I understand, the ASZ is common across a number of vehicles, all of which have 6-speed gearboxes (although not sure on the Ford Galaxy.)

On the side of caution, I'd really look at getting a reputably branded kit, otherwise you may find you have to cough up again in the near future to replace it again due to poor equipment.

It's expensive, but with an SMF, it's likely you may not need to do it again ;)

Thanks Gents, I normally wouldn't have given it a 2nd thought but it does come with a 2 year WARRANTY.... now i think there may be a catch when/if a claim is made on the part within the time frame.

I'm just going to get it fitted from a normal mechanic who runs his own workshop, don't think he is an approved one etc although he has been running his place for 20 years.

I am ideally after a OEM LUK clutch and flywheel and clutch for that OEM feel, I'm going to keep the car for another 2 years approx after i put new clutch so I wasn't going to go all out. Had the car 5 years almost.

will keep a lookout for a cheap LUK one.
