The 130s are a bit dearer, but prices seem to be dropping now and there are far more on the market. As far as i'm aware, the 130 is likely to feel more torquey and will stop a bit better because it has beefier brakes. In every other aspect the 115 and 130 models are identical (suspension, trim etc).

I have heard some whispers that the 115 is less reliable because it was produced in the early pd stages, but know of several people that have them but have not had problems.

I have found the standard 115pd good fun to drive and it's considerably more torquey than my 110 (i've driven six different 115s) although I think it feels a bit underfuelled at higher revs and am sure that a remapped one would be a different car again, showing it's full potential.
