Most garages have a hydraulic press which is normally used for pushing bearings in and out of hubs, but it'll push a rubber bush in though if you use a socket to press against the metal edge of the bush.
If you get both wishbones off, drill and cut the old bushes out, take them to a garage and ask if they'll take a tenner for pushing in the new ones, if they've got the press it'll take iinutes once set up.
