Hi all,

I know you never get back anything like what you spend on mods but was after some advice on what my car might be worth? I've done a lot and spent a whole lot!

Summarised spec/mod list below.

Thanks in advance.

Toby

from Embree Speciality Machine (HighSpeedLab) in US (cost over £1200) on Alta
-17% pulley, running TT 260deg cam, adjustable cam gear. 'FUNK' switch to
enable/disable charger.

Custom intercooler &
pipework, Neuspeed intake, 250cc injectors, twin bypass system.

Way too much more to
list! Email me and I'll send you spreadsheet

pride & joy. New car forces sale.UK-MKIVs
member.

Note - also comes with:

OEM 15" alloys with
winter tyres

Full Neuspeed Rollbar
kit (4 pieces) ready to fit

Could perhaps sell for
less (a bit less) if I keep these parts & stereo.

Bad bits: 141k miles, no
A/C or sunroof, has had some paint repaired, few chips & tiny dents, nothing
major. Starter motor sticky, Will need new brakes & fluid soon. One
headlight cracked but NOT leaking. Couple of gauges need new senders. Could make even more power but would need
standalone ECU.

dont think youre going to get what you want for it to be honest mate, just for the simple fact you can get your power figures for a hell of a lot less than you spent on them!

Thanks for quick reply Breed! [:)]

Very much understand that mate, pity though it is. to be honest I'd be happy with £6k for it. If I can't get close to that it'll be being torn to bits on my driveway and my life will become pulling parts and listing them on here and Ebay for a few months... [+o(]

Do you (and/or others please) think this figure (6k) is sensible?

Thanks,

Toby.

Fix the relatively inexpensive faults first - it's obvious, but writing 'faults: none' is always going to broaded your audience.

There are easier ways to that bhp, but it is pretty unique, and that has some appeal.

6k is may be reasonable depending on service history etc, but as Refle says it is very unique, and this really doesnt do you any favours as there will only be very few people interested in it! my personal opinion would unfortuneately be to strip it and do the ebay thing. shame though it is...
