Fk Konigsports... but highsports will do!! get the S3 lower brace (?12 all in) and R32 ARB (?57 all in) too. Cheap as chips, and big improvements.

Forget standard R32... not low enough!!! and for me, too harsh a ride. I went for Koni height/damping adjustables, and have to say having driven both... mine handles better than a standard R32 now. Just need to powerflex everything!![:D]

Drives ok but it aint low enough!!! And id challenge you to find the suspension on my car not nicer than the R32.. And i've not even put the R32 ARB and S3 lower brace on yet!!!

The R32 is just a little bit too firm.. it's the damping which I don't think is quite right... and yes I know they are bilsteins.

I've driven both, and mine really does drive well... as for low!!! hz2921(Zak) has seen my motor and can verify just how low i've gone.

I went with 225/35/18's to give a better look, and clearance. Car is very, very low, with no clearance problems in the arches.

Just the Speed bumps i'm scared of!!!

[:D]

My advice.. if you have fully adjustable coilovers, stick to em.

On the other hand... ?205 is a bargain. (Mine cost me ?580 with a massive discount) and i fit them myself!!!

to keep the balance you need to fit both ARBs bars i cannot comment on your set up but if its better, its better. i am not concerned about hight more about front corner grip and the role centre is only a small part of this. i do not feel the ride is over firm but it does suffer from bumpstear probably from a lack of progresion in the front springs, just my opinion

Rear ARB is on order!! Can't stop buyin stuff at the mo!! I wasn't being funny in my post.. I just meant I hadn't paid ?5580 for nowt, they really are good... the addded functionality of being able to get the suspension just how you want.

I just remember feeling that when I took the R32 out, it just felt a little harsh for a pretty standard ride height car.

Again the ?200 you've paid is a bargain. [:D]

konigsports for ?150 thats ridiculously cheap! and andy Just to let you know I lowered my car by 30mm and the camber went out by 1 degree so unless you intend to buy camber adjusters do not go daft when you lower your car or you will be buying tyres like anything

cheers for the advice neil, I have just checked the box and yes in the small print they are konig sports.

Neil are you going to get camber adjusters and if so do you know how much they are? and where you can you get them from.

PS after fitting how have you found your car? has roll improved? how is it getting over speedbumps? I know tabs sold the r32 stuff complete so you will have replaced the top mounts (I have bought new ones anyway) have you replaced anything else? who did your alignment?

I think It would be nice to do a comparison as we both have the same wheels and tyres of j11ase so it should give a good comparison between r32 and konigsport suspension, do have any plans to put the r32 arb's on?

i have front 23mm and rear 19mm r32 ARB's.i have removed the lowed springs so with the r32 stuff i do not need camber adjusters (amd about ?250 that is alot for what they are). The ride is very good, there is hardly any roll (you do need some) speed bumps are ok. i didn't need the top mounts,

i am a high performance macanic , i also do some cosultacy work for a honda tuner and teach Automotive so alignment will be no problem (it feels about 1min tow out i will set up this week). if i get chance i will look if i can get camber ajusters trade and the prices
