Hello Folks

I think I might know the answer to this, but I'd like clarification and certainty, please.

While working underneath my golf mk4 (ASV) I noticed an occasional drip of liquid. It was visible rearwards of the steering mechanism, between mid-line and edge of car on the passenger side. After further investigation my best 'guess' is it seems to be from the 'drain' that's underneath the flap of insulation material on the firewall.

Am trying to find a way to upload a picture or two, but struggling...

In the one I'm trying to get added, the solid pipe above in the picture is brake and the silver hose in the lower left is for the gear linkage.

Would greatly welcome feedback.

Cheers

that'll be the aircon drain-pipe... it's just water from when you run the airco/climatronic... the condensation it removes from the air comes dripping out that way.
