I think there are only so many things you can do with a wheel before it looks contrived, and this is one example. Some wheel companies boast about investing in technology that allows them to churn out lots of radical new designs on a regular basis, then there are others, like BBS, who make more or less the same wheels year in, year out, and they still always look smart among the competition.

I thought they looked different but ok if you get what I mean. They
kind of reminded me of my very first set of rims that I had on my golf,
I don't know if everyone remebers but heres a pic of them...

could someone photochop them on to my car as it is now, heres a pic
that you could photochop them to if someone could it would be very
gratefull as I'm tempted to buy another set of these in the near future
only if they would look good with the rest of my mods.

They look ok but not for a golf! Pimp daddy!....

Its amazing how one wheel can look so good on one car and soo rubbish on another! In this case they dont look good on the Beetle and wont look good on a Golf.

Sonny you gonna change your wheels again?

Maybe in the future, but not for them alloys though.

I'm thinking to do the merc alloy conversion but use Brabus wheels
instead, because they look more modern than the flat S-class style merc
alloy which are nice but not my cup of tea.
