Yesterday I was with some friends of mine , 4 Honda S2000 and me on a Jabba Stage 3 Golf, dont know exactly but they were modded, also received a software update from jabba and car is running much better but still I say it can be better

We were racing in some roads (we dont have plenty of goods raods here) and they are driving in front of me, I could get them and I can say eat THEM for Breakfast every time !!! I cant see them anymore in the mirror[8D], as we stopped they didnt want to understand how the LArge bulky heavy golfy was beating them with not a single problem !!! here we are talking about the top honda !!

I would say I am really happy with my jabba stage 3 !! ad still needs tuning but this car scares you in the road !! and Beating these Hondas makes me even more HAPPY [][]

300+ vs 200+ is going to be a bit of an advantage.. even in a heavy mk4.

go easy on them... they may only get depressed about it-LOL

S2000s aren't amazingly quick or particularly light. I nearly bought one a year ago and ended up buying the R32. In fact an R32 would give one a run for it's money in a straight line.

What they are though is an engineering masterpiece !! Every part of the car works really well with every other part. And if you're brave enough they corner real nice too. Oh, and that engine is superb. Go test drive one and you'll see what I mean.

The engine in them is pretty nice, it just revs and revs. I took my mates to over 9K and it was still going! Sounds mental

Well only just, and probably not in Malta. They never sold many of the things and they're phasing them out so it's an easy car to forget.

yes it seems its really close, though need some more tuning, we have only 1 NSX in malta, but thats a real race car for me, so I didnt intend racing an NSX I wont be afriad either but have to pump in a 50bhp shot of nitrous

You are right I have more bhp figures, the thing is that these people who buy hondas here thinks that they are untouchable and they are the best, that is why you would have paid money to see this peoples express on there face believe me !!

I know what you mean.. similar thing here I think with Scoobs and EVO's. They also fall somewhat behind.

NSX should be doable as is.

I went on holiday to Malta last year and I couldn't find anywhere to go over 50mph safely - the roads are more suited to a 4x4!

The S2000 is the 3rd best car Honda do The Integra Type R is the 2nd, A race care with indicators! My best mate is now on his 2nd amazing thing to drive, if your on the limits in one of those you are really flying, Faster than the R32, Faster than a STI Impreza around tighter tracks, (apparently) but thats Honda guys talking, i dont believe them having owned a STI typeR.

Malta your MK4 must be going well with that stage 3 under the bonnet to smoke those Honda's

LOL, malta's car is over 300bhp. I've driven one and raced one and didn't think much of it, i'll stick to my poxy golf ta.

you probably want to compare power specs before posting a comment like that dude.. the dice are loaded int he VW's favour..

comparing apples and pears... turbo (big) with atmo - no surprise at all the big turbo golf is faster.. [][8D]
