Remember me? ...probably not.

Anyway, how is everyone. I do still come on here now and then but i am also on the mkivsupra forums too. Yes my humble golf has gone and got me a supra. Some of you already know (and some know what happened too - Cheers Dan!) lol.

Anyway, its currently getting new wheels (225/40/18s on the front and 265/35/18s on the rear), a Bomex front bumper, OEM skirts and Veilside spats put on at the moment. Hopefully should be ready by the Rolling road meet on the 17th July. Ive gotta see what this baby's pushing out!

4 replies so far! Im popular! lol

Basically, twitchy back end, slippery road, heavy right foot and knackered tyres......oh, and a nice looking railing!

Railing won unfortunately.

Anyway, its getting sorted now. Please excuse the rims, they have been changed and the nasty tint is coming off...as you can see!

Look at that engine!!!! [:O]

True those rims deserve to die a horrible death but apart from that (and the front corner) it looks great. You'll have to get some more shots up when she's all sorted and has the new wheels on.

Sorry to hear about your encounter with some railings - perhaps the car was trying to kill itself after being forced to wear those wheels :)

Nice motor, have always liked the Supra. Good to hear you're getting rid of the wheels though!! Can't understand why anyone would want to put those on but each to their own. Thought she looked mint until I saw the last couple of pics - oops.

Thanks for your comments.

I wasn't sure either about the statement regarding autos and rolling road. Im sure they can go on there though as nearly everyone has had their Supra's RR'd and 24 out of 25 Supras made were auto!

We'll see

all you do is put your foot down.......auto just takes away the gear changes surely......no difference other than that as far as the RR is concerned??

anyways, your on the RR Day list dude!

The problem with the rolling road would be that they only put their foot down in 4th gear and then bring it right to the limiter. I did tell them we have a supra coming and they said no probs so i'm sure everything will be cool!

lol. I see the sense of humour on here is still dry then! [;)]

Well i know the Jap Spec Supra's are estimated standard at between 280bhp and 300bhp. It seems to but running ok and boosts ok, just wanna make sure and see if its up to scratch before the big bucks on bigger turbos are spent!
