I just came across this link http://www.247spares.co.uk/vw-parts/ and thought i'd post it since we often seem to get a lot of people on here with requests for used parts and people asking for decent breakers and parts suppliers in their area.

I've not used it personally yet, but, as far as i can tell, this site allows you to submit a form with details of the parts you're after, then displays the nearest breakers to you with the part you require! []

This is a very good site www.partsgateway.co.uk Its a site for any vehicle, you just s elect the one you want and it will come with vw breakers local and nationwide.

I used this site today to try and find seats with the 3 rear headrests and seat belt!

2 hours later get a call from a VW breakers in Kent saying they have the seats from a 03 golf and in fantastic condition and in the same colour as mine! [^]

This afternoon picked up the seats [^]

This site actually works! Been on the look out for these sport seats with the 3rd headrest for ages, 4 hours after using the site.......... I have some!

I would highly rate www.partsgateway.co.uk. Used it for the first time yesterday, was after a door lock module. Rang round loads of places in the yellow pages with no luck, wacked it in partsgateway.co.uk and within 30mins had three responses.

Just waiting for part to be delivered now. Spot on!

The place is called D&T Spares Ltd

It's in Wrotham, Kent!

They were very helpful and said they had most parts for the golf!
