anyone got any info on the V6 4MOTION

i.e 0-60 the BHP/TORQUE the avarage MPG and insurance group ect

guy in the work was looking into a one and i said i would find out some facts

Golf, I presume?

Standard model is about 204bhp, 195lb ft,Insurance Gp 17 and 0-60 in 7.2? I think!

0-60 is 7seconds ish, 204BHP, 199ft lbs torque and group 17 insurance.

AmD remap gives 233 bhp and 225lb ft 'ish, Milltek exhaust is about 450.

Do a search on here though mate for v6 tuning..........

HPA tuning: 440 bhp - 490 bhp

Theres also the supercharging path to take will might give you 280-290 bhp.

I spoke to techie (at AmD) about this as they have some R32 ones and he was looking into it for me, but nothing came of it[] It would be interesting if they are the same other than the duration of the lobes etc[?]
