Dear all,
Some time ago we politely asked that all users refrain from using
swearing in posts and subject lines. This not only makes the forums
look bad, but also gives uk-mkivs / uk-mkvs a bad image compared to a
lot of other forums. In line with the forum rules we
would like to remind you all that swearing and bad language is
prohibited on the forum - in any shape, way or form. That includes
using creative text to side step swear filters or make words appear
differently.
We stated a while back we would start deleting posts if this kind of
problem occured again. Lets not go down that route eh? Please remember
that swearing is not to be used on the forums - lets keep this place
clean and tidy [Y]
On the note of language and creative text. It seems that the use of
'txt' speak is on the increase on the forums also [N] I for one find
this kind of posting rather hard to read and it does make for some very
messy looking threads. Remember, you have a keyboard in front of you -
not a mobile phone keypad [^o)]
This site has always prided itself on the presentation of our forums
and the way in which users present information. Help us to keep it
that way [
]
Thanks
