Hi
I removed the left rear boot trim in my MK4 estate, and discovered an unused plug next to plug for the 12v outlet. Does anyone know what it's for?

Never mind, another forum says it's for additional lighting.

I used it for an additioonal power socket in the boot and fitted a usb socket at the dash.
