Dont the turbos have to be balanced after being refurbed?

Any guides to rebuild a k03s and where can i get the rebuild kit from? What can these kits actually do, ie fix seals and play with the vanes?

dont quote me on this but i believe if you mark it up before taking it apart then you can avoid re-balancing themDont the turbos have to be balanced after being refurbed?
Ideally they should be balanced yes as just putting back at the same angle doesn't take account abrasion wear to the turbine blades and thus it being out of balance from when it was new.
