i described this method of "kreepers and keys" in another thread about viechle security for the golf.

its terrible when it happens as not only have they got away with possisions but they have invaded your privacy

Sorry to hear about that Tunes but this type of burglary is all too common these days. They know the car is difficult to steal without keys so will either rob you on the road or screw your house to find them. I was followed only the other night by a T reg Audi A4 but as I was aware of him we just drove round in circles until he must have realised I had sussed him out then he turned off never to be seen again.

Good idea to hide the keys but if someone does break in, a car is not worth risking your own or your families health for. There are some bad barstewards out there. I keep my keys close, next to my phase plasma rifle in a 40watt range. [:)]

Sorry to here that bud! You just gotta be grateful that they didnt try to harm you or your family & that your all ok! It sickens me when i hear of such things, what is this country coming to? Only a matter of time before we start getting vigilantes delivering some real justice!

A friend of my dads was robbed at knifepoint the other day by three guys! They eventually managed to get away in the new M3 as they had to ask the poor owner how to work the SMG gearbox - stupid biffs! Luckily after they left he was on the phone to navtrack & the police recovered it within the hour and caught one of the guys!

Words cant describe my hatred towards these scumbags!
