...and they look cool as hell!

Trust me, getting the old ones off is a struggle and my fingers kill now but it's all worth it in the name of style [:D]

Took a rough pic with my phone so hope you excuse the quality.

So only those BBS CHs, Milltek and air filter to go! This is one expensive month!!!

Very nice, & if wasnt for those gooneys at Heron VW Newark (name & shame) ordering me an extra clutch pedals instead of a brake pedal I'd have mine on too.[:(!]

That brake pedal is a rate bugger to get off, but even harder to get back on.[V]

Wait til you see mine though, I have a secret extra something planned.

Just for all you asking, they cost about ?27 depending on your dealer (I got mine for just under ?25), & they are just a direct replacement for the OEM fitted plastic/rubber ones.

I got them from vagparts under Audi>>TT>>Interior for a shade over ?30. The old standard ones are cheap plastic and reall crap. These grip so much better and are soft rubber. Really good and easy to fit but by god the old ones are a swine to get off. No need to be delicate just rip them off as hard as you can!

I have just fitted my pedals, old ones off, new TT ones on in 10mins. The trick is to pull the old ones off with a pair of pliers, the brake pedal has a centre plug fixing, have a look at the new one and see what i mean. The trick with the new ones is get the wifes best mixing and measuring jug, boil the kettle and warm the new ones up, get the water as hot as you can stand, and you will have no snags at all.

My original loud pedal was plastic, and clipped on, again the pliers came in uuseful here give it a good tug!! and way she came!

ask for discount as well, got them for ?23 all in.

Best Way to get them on is to spray deodarant on the inside of the rubber & on the metal pedal body, they'll side on dead easy then, & the deodarant will evaporate after a few mins, leaving them solid.

Old trick for getting bmx handlebar grips on/off, you can also use hairspray to do the job.

Mine came over night via the local dealer, ?24.80 all in, I've also got a dead pedal (32quid)that Im doing a few mods on to fit too, now that will look awesome when its finished [^]

Hmm liking these more now compared to my R32 pedals I got. Might sell my R32 ones on eBay (as they pay silly money for it there) and get some TT/Anni ones. I think they look more subtle. Yup, have to agree with the old ones being a PITA to get off. Chucked them afterwards

Part nos please?

Here you are - pasted from another thread:-

TT Clutch pedal - 8N0721174A01C

TT brake pedal - 8N0721173A

TT acc. pedal - 8N2721647B

Make sure the parts man orders the correct acc pedal on the number above for RHD cars. The one you dont want (and I got) is the LHD acc which is 8N1721647B. Stick to the 3 above and you will be ok.

Im all sorted now though.
