Well January marked a good month as i became the proud owner of my dream car, the Golf V6 4Motion! And it excelled even my wildest dreams!! I used to own a MkIV 1.6, however, the 4Motion really is a completely different car!! Its so much smoother, sounds better, and i need not even mention the improvement in performance from the 1.6!!
However, February has not been so good! living on the North Yorkshire Moors in summer is beautiful, but not so inviting (or forgiving) in winter! And hence, on my way to work one icy, blizzardy morning last week, i skated for 40ft, downhill at 10mph unable to avoid ploughing into the back of a ford fiesta!! Having only owned it for one month!! So to say the least im utterly and absolutely gutted beyond belief!!!
At the moment its being repaired, so im driving round in a 1.0 Corsa!! And i still wont have my car back until Friday at the earliest! Anyway, love the site, and love the alloys on Febs car of the month!
