Thanks guys glad you like it, That's a pic o the sump guard I bought off ebay after burstin my sump [:$} haha

Also got a 15mm lift kit just to be on the safe side.

Also thought why not fit a bigger cooler for the hell of it.

When fittin the lift kit, thought id redo the boost pipes and some other bits and bobs make it look nicer.

The moment you've all been waiting for Airlift auto pilot v2, expensive kit but worth every penny id say the basic kit started at ÂŁ1700 and would have been a ÂŁ1000 to upgrade to this so and I new id regret it so went all out and got the fancy 1.

Rear bag built up ready to fit.

Rear bags fitted also fitted bilstein rear shocks to as iv herd they are best with this kit. Thought id upgrade the brakes to, new calipers pads and discs and a lick of paint.

The rear aired out this is how it will sit.

Well no more of this as the air kit advises you to remove it.

As you can see the car has be fairly low, subframe taking it hard, also its getting a bit rusty looking. So i removed it as I had to for a new steering rack. Plus easyer for removing the ARB.

A bit of trimming and it can now let the car sit lower.

Thought id shot blast and paint the sub frame and wishbones wile they where off, poly bushed the sub frame to and did the steering rack as it was off so now the car is fully poly bushed. Except the engine mounts, I did try a poly bushed dog bone mount but thought it was to much shuddering for my diesel, Ok on your petrol but a TDI

A pic or 2 of the plumbing in, it was real easy 3 wires, + - and a ignition, all in a loom sealed plugs for the relay and manifold all simple plug and play.

Rear bag pipes I ran in through a grommet for the rear abs wire I think it was.

Front as far as I could see on other peoples air installs this was the easiest way. Now after having fitted air ride I would have done it a different way.

Front bags simple fit just 3 holes needed drilled.

Was chuffed with this got its all fitted nicely in the rear cubby hole in the boot so I could keep my spare wheel.

Now iv seen some real cool tank ideas, but I had no idea what to do just didn't want the standard bumpy black it was painted with so after a fue hours priming and rubbing down got a nice finish and painted it same colour as the car for a start.

Well got it fitted out the way as much as I could, and just added a sticker as I had no idea what to do with it.

N/s was fine when aired out, but O/s needed a notch.

Didn't go for the hole saw method I tried the plasma cutter and worked nicely id say.

I cant mind but think it was a 85mm bit o steel pipe I welded in, and I know the welding is not the best. haha

Thanks guys. The front bumper and sides are just cheap ebay was 100 for the sides and 120 for the front bumper, fits great thought only problem is the grills. I will get a real bumper once I can find 1 under 400 quid. haha

Yeah that's the car, was trying to sell it before I got the air ride, glad I didn't, seems to get a lot of attention south and don't mean to sound like a dick but I love it, haha No one where am from likes it so nice to hang out with people that do so thanks. going to try make it south more for show's. If anyone nose were the best ones are would to no thanks.
