My mate used to have one of these and let me tell you that they are a sheep in wolf's clothing, especially if it's the red top head on the engine!!

The red top engine was a Cosworth engineering head and it made a big difference.

Maybe I am out of my league here talking about speed when I only have a sluggish 2.0 litre?
