They came with really good instructions (& glue) on how to fit, took me about 40mins to do, including glue drying time [^]

They are actualy the Tachorange german ones too[^], they came to ?37 inc vat & P&P

We can probably assume there is no need for a how to if the instructions provided by awesome are good enough :)

Think I might order some today to go with the new gear knob, gear surround and gear shaft I have on the way....

Jace, they look well smart.

What sort of a job is it to fit them? Has the dash gone back together ok? By taking it all apart is it not an open invite to squeaks & rattles??

Its dead easy.

Unclip that bit under the clocks

undo the 2 T20 torx under the dials

unclip the dial wires

pull out the binicle

undo the 4 torx T10 on the back of the binicle

pull out dial assembly

slide in rings & glue

leave for 15 min (on gas mk4) for glue to dry

refit in reverse

job done

No rattles or anything since fitting, I was supprised how easy it all was to do, but as I said before the instructions are very good & if you follow them you'll be fine[^]

Just deciding what to get next now [?]

What make are these rings? If you give me the details I will see if I can locate them cheaper than from awesome... I have my sources!!!

Taken from one of Jade's previous posts "They are actualy the Tachorange german ones too, they came to ?37 inc vat & P&P" :)

The definitely look well fitted and add a nice touch to the dash -
