LiQuOrIcE I'm doing the FIS retro fit soon. I let you know how I get on.

I've just bought a 0 mile FIS cluster from the German ebay for my car. I was lucky the speedo is in MPH instead of KM. I also check the part no on Etka and its for my car.

LiQuOrIcE the one you need for you car is on ebay

Very Rare to find one without CAN bus.

There's loads of cluster on the german ebay site. This guy is always selling them

also you can retro fit the Passat ones, you just change the cluster casing and faces.

Passat one begin with part no of 3B0 / 3B5 whilst the Golf are 1J0 / IJ5

To connect the SAT Nav to the FIS, you will need 3 wires

Hi wellsy,

at the moment, the only solution seems to be the bought of a cluster with 0 km (hard to find & expensive !!).

If you (or anyone else on the forum...) know someone that can modify the mileage on an used cluster it will save a lot of money. Please give me some info; as I'm from Italy and I'll have to find the cluster on ebay.de, it would be great if you can suggest me someone in Germany (or Italy ?)

Cheer [:)]

Ram, get you part no of your existing clocks and I or others will be able to tell you which FIS clocks you need mate.

what year is your car etc and which MFD have you got a D or G. That is also a factor when deciding on the FIS clocks you need

fitting them not a problem if you have the login code (SKC) if you don't you have to go to the stealers

I was only offering you advise and support because I have been through the process. I gathered you can fit them yourself.
