suspension issues

just wondering if anyone has found a answer to the rattles and squeaks that the mk6 seems to be plagued with . i mentioned this in previous posts but never found a answer if there is one. i had the cotton reels replaced some time ago only had 15000 miles and it seemed to work but was short lived and now is worse than ever, on motorways its where its reasonably smooth its fine but normal streets and pot holes its a nightmare. Was thinking about changing the whole bushing for some upgrade but what ?.i also hear that vw no about this issue but not openly admitting to it any help or news on this problem would be great
