sorry if i seam a little dim still 16 though and am all new to this

please note i have an alpine type r swr 1243D which is 4ohms dont have an amp or head unit yet

Yes it does work,but you need a decent aftermarket headunit or even better would be to amp them.You don't need to fill the rest of the car with speakers for the best sound,in fact less is always more in cases like this and the very best sounding car sound systems I've ever heard have all had just five speakers.
