If your anything like me it will slow you down for about a month or so, then you
will gradually start to get back to your normal way of driving. I was lucky in that
I didn't need to drive the first time I got banned, so wasn't concerned about it all
that much. Problem is that if you get caught again (like I did) they see a previous
ban and come down on you much heavier. I got 3 month ban second time for 102 on a
motorway. [
