Hi guys, noticed you were offering free shipping by Royal Mail on your website. When I try to order I'm charged £4.00 Royal Mail shipping because I happen to live in Northern Ireland. Royal Mail doesn't impose any surcharges to ship to and from Northern Ireland. Why do you?

That's my point though, why distinguish? It costs you exactly the same to ship (by Royal Mail) to Edinburgh (for example) as it does to ship to Belfast. So why was one free (now £2.50) while the other is £4.00?

I would Imagine at £4.00 the item will be sent out Recorded 1st Class.
At £2.50 It would be sent out as a basic 1st Class untraceable.

With the Royal mail's track record for losing things heading to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, we will only send items out Recorded for our own Security.

Hi Al, thanks for clearing that up. A lot of retailers just stick a £5/£10 surcharge on delivery as soon as they see the 'BT' postcode. Gets very frustrating after a while!

Incidentally, package arrived today - cheers guys! :)
