Absolutely love em, has transformed the drive of the car, no longer am
I hanging on to the wheel while my ass slides around! Much lower
driving position but perfect and very very comfortable.

Very nice indeed....liking the HUGE side bolsters but I am not sure
about the large RECARO badge tbh. How much if you don't mind me asking?

mmmm, i like em, just not liking the huge recaro, prefer the way the original S3 seats are badged. By the way, what have you done with your old seats

They look great Stewart - it's a shame you have to use an extra booster/bolster for what should be the ultimate seat though!

These are not too far off the optional ones on the MKV R32...pity they didn't make them kind a boys standard on it..

Almost Identical To my Type-r seats ... absolutely awesome, If ididnt
have leather recaros now I would be fitting them to the golf.

How have you got round the Airbag light, a resistor?

where did you get them?

Thanks Andy, when you buy the subframes from Recaro, they come with a
plug with 3 wires coming out with heatshrink around the ends, there is
a little lump which i presume is the resistor, this plug obviously
plugs straight into the loom, just tuck it under the carpet and voila,
job done and no airbag light [:D]
