This is a really nice mod very suttle, it would go well with flushed bumpers for that smoothed look.

This mod would prob cost the same (if not more) than a chavs car [:d]
so no, I dont think its a chav mod. Plus Aston Martins DB9's are not
'chav' cars []

As for the handles, doubt they've used any filler, weld/grind it right and you won't need it
