I'm thinking of going along to the Superchips open day in Bucks...[:^)]Trying to get some idea of what my BHP will reach -approx. Its a 99 V reg 1.8T with Revo ECU engine remap, Forge Diverter valve and Carbonio hose type filter...what do you reckon the total BHP is likely to be now. Maybe anyone with the same set up that's been on the rolling road could let me know much appreciated [:D]

you'll be kicking out about 210bhp max.

150bhp standard, the remap gives you 60bhp and the d/v and carbonio just assist response, they don't give you extra hp.

Was thinking seriously about the exhaust and downpipe [:)] any ideas how much BHP that would add..very approx. I'd probably go Milltek with the V6 lower valance..A larger turbo sounds like fun!! How much are they and is it a professional job- I'd imagine so. I'm really thinking of stopping at the 250 BHP mark but I guess everyone says that![]

Sorry to be a bummer but the AGU wont reach 210 bhp, especially without a turboback exhaust upgrade...

I think at present you will be looking at 195-200.... There are lots of posts about upgrading the AGU, I did it myself... if you are happy with the 250's then fit the ko3sport and fullexhaust upgrade with other bolt ons such as FMIC....

Looking at the free flow manifold that JBS that shoul dbe nice.... but i'd suss out the price... maybe if you go in for the complete overhaul there and get it all done they can work you out a deal??

240-250 is the max on stock injectors tho so after that other things need the upgrade too and it gets expensive... do a few searches for the AGU and upgrading to ko3S, Ive posted lots on in before [:)]

If it's a 99 it's most likely an AGU ,W reg.2000-ARZ ,think the 1st AUMs were X reg late 2000,early 2001 someone correct me if I'm wrong.

sounds about right.

2000 or earlier, and u are most likely looking at the ko3, which gives can about 200bhp (give or take)

You need to have a AUM engine which has a ko3S, or 2001 and later to get 230bhp.

Cheers I'll look into that- its a V reg BTW 1999 I'm happy with the performance- I'm just looking for a bit more power. I'm going along to the superchips day so maybe check out some of the cars there and get some advice. Just out of curiosity do Revo rate well amongst all the different companies offering remaps, at the time Revo seemed to be the most advertised I had mine re-mapped at Stealth in Warwcks a while back [:D] still very happy with it.

Revo are up there with the rest yes... ther is no definative "winner" ... All cars seem to reach slightly different due to the slight variance in hardware...

It will be a KO3 with throttle so Id expect around the 190's
