Morning folks,
Having had an erratic speedo and bleeping fule guage evertime I turned to the left for a few days now I decided to look up possible causes on the forums.All research seemed to point to a faulty VSS and I found a video showing how to change it..fairly simple by the looks of it.
So I bought a new VSS off ebay and put it in...no joy,same issues.
My question is , when removing the sensor its just a case of undoing a screw and pulling out however when installing does the red revolving gear have to lined up or slotted into a paricular point or is it just a case of the exact reversal of removing.
Could there be other causes? I had read about broken wires and I did check but maybe I need to check all the way to the point where they join the
