If I was in your shoes... I'd either wrap or paint the lot, i wrapped mine before and can honestly say it didn't look good... the paint job was way better. they also have these 3d stickers that look alright from a distance but not up close (at least that is what i found from the batches I've seen up close)
you could always take a que from one of the members here that carbon wrapped most of his interior bits... but since he added Alcantara too it is a lush sight to behold... don't asked me how much he spend though because most bits are real carbon fiber in his car... but the mix of stuff he added is show worthy and since he is a perfectionist it looks like he ever uses the car. I forgot his username but someone or he himself will soon see this and fill in the username or a link to his built so you can see what he has done.
Most, if not all parts are available from VW through their classic parts centre. VW Heritage is the uk supplier for the parts but I’ve dealt with Germany directly in the past too.
