Sounds like it to me, worth checking the clip connections for the pipes though on top of the box, seen the clips corrode causing the pipe to unseat itself allowing fluid to pee out. It then runs down due to the laws of gravity and appears all over the under side.
Possible slave cylinder gone
Been a while since I been on here but have a problem with my gt tdi the girlfriend was driving it today and she say the clutch pedal went straight to the floor won't come up. So I wheat a checked it found fluid on the floor when she was, towed it home got it up in air took the under tray off to find a puddle of fluid under the bell housing
This would lead me to believe that it's most likely to be the slave on this it's the 6 speed aswell
