Hi guys any recomendations where the best place to buy poly replacement front lower wishbone bushes?
any one got any at a decent price before?
are the rear ones easy to get the old bush out? see its easy to put a new one in with a vise?

the polybush can be pushed in by hand depending on the brand you go for.... the old bush can be pushed out with a vise and a suitable piece that can push it out... or use fire and burn it out... up to you how you do it ( fire = fun, but can weaken the arm)

A drill through the rubber and walk it round, it'll come out in seconds.

It will but that metal ring that stays behind will need to be taken out too... a simple cut through it will have it come out really quickly, but cutting it takes a while if you do it by hand... in that case using a chisel and a hammer will be faster ( assuming you drilled the rubber out)
