Now i don't want to sound thick here folks, as it will be the first time i've tried this, but how do you get the plastic cap off covering the nut to replace the wiper arm?
Is it going to be a simple case of squeezing and unclipping (which i have already tried i might add, but it's quite tough to move) or does it require the use of tools? [:I][^]

It's the same sort of thing for those child proof bottle tops.. you squeeze it in the correct place and it flexes the top enough for the clips to un hook, if you will. Think you squeeze it top and bottom from memory.
