Even though I had decided that I was spending no more money modding the car, I have suddenly become very bored and decided a rear makeover is in order.

I'm going to fit a rear Passat badge and probably de-badge the hatch too.

The final part of the jigsaw is rear clusters.

I have always been a huge fan of RCR's, and I think MattyV5's car (below) is stunning.

Problem is I also like the RSRR's that USA GTI's come with, and I'm tempted by those as they are more OEM.

Does anyone have a good pic of them on a black golf so I can compare them to Matts RCRs?

Well the RCR certainly stand out. Where as the RSRR are alot more subtle.

So it depends what floats your boat.

What about a set of the LED lights?

definitely the RCR's for me, they look quality. imo they don't stand out as being blatantly non-OEM either, if you see what I mean...

Zeke- LED's not my thing at all, I prefer it if those not in the know can't tell the car is modified.

And Ramesh, cheers very much for throwing anohter option into the pot! I had discounted the Euro's because of the clear reverse light, but I've completely changed my mind again! How long will you have the lights at that price? Unfortunately it'll be at least a month before I can afford to shell out for them.

For those with RCR's, does the tail light look pink? I seem to remember seeing a picture of RCRs at night and being put off by the pink looking tail light.

I have got the USA spec lights on my bolf and they look great. Got them from VAG parts and they were less than ?90.
