I currently have a TDI pd100 and was told I could just swap the injectors to PD130 injectors and with a map would be equivalent to a 130.

yeah no not true... but it is a diesel it'll have a little bit more fuel injected and more black smoke if it's not remapped properly ( unburned fuel) it'll also give you less economy unless remapped properly.

The standard PD100 remaps up to circa 130/140 BHP and a good bump in torque as standard without changing injectors.

A set of PD130/PD150 injectors & PD130/150 turbo can remap up to around 170-190BHP.
However these cars are getting on for 20 years old plus so any weaknesses will show up faster once mapped
