Started a new topic as last one was really about the headlights!

Great service, ordered matts yesterday at 4pm, got them today!

Not as thick & dont have the VW logo like my old ones (think they were luxury ones).

They came with round holes as you will see in the pics & even 4 self tapping clip things that go into the round holes is you didnt already have them.

Dont moan about the filthy interior!

no, i assumed oemparts were cheaper, i think these may be like the ones foxy was trying to get, foxy may have been able to get them a little cheaper but i was in urgent need of some.

OEMPArts - Unless I'm very much mistaken they are also known as 'surplus man' on this forum and 'hombre_del_excesso' on Ebay!

Hopefully once they finally get their website up and running they can have a clearer identity!!

Contrary to belief, the LUXURY mats are thinner, and more expensive than the stock 'accessory' mats.

Checked and yeah, Joey - these ones you have the are the LUXURY VELOUR mats, as per the factory.

Those are the 'colour concept' style with coded trim.

£50 a pair at the dealer.....A PAIR!!

They are the same part number of the ones i have in my car at present.

Just spoke to my local dealer,

There are a few matts starting with Part# 1J2 863 011 then have different ending letters, but the cheapest set was £50.87 + VAT & the most expensive was £54.78 + VAT.

What do you mean pair? do you mean 2 fronts or 2 front/2 rears or 2 complete sets?

I like the colour match, very nice... being thinner you might save some weight (a few BHP there).

My bad, £21 + VAT and P&P, came to £32.58. Next day post though and pretty heavy etc.
