hang on guys, look at his post count. its only his 2nd post, and after that kicking he prob wont make it to 3. now yes i agree with some of what you said but not the way you put it across. the lights are not my thing but loads of people love them. and hes played about with the badging like most of us have, and made it his own.and in time im sure he will be looking to lower it. it all takes time and money. stick with it Rossi as a well done red golf looks the dog's....

Totally agre with you on this Starry.

Not my ideal rear lights but each to their own I'd say. I'm more liking the OEM styling each time. Do love a nice clean red Golf though.

Enjoy our lovely friendly forum mate and don't be disheartened from earlier comments as some people come straight out with their answer and fail to see the bigger picture.

I've got to agree with starry, Plus if everyones cars looked the same wouldn't it be a bit boring!!

Don't forget that not all of us have a bottomless pit of money to spend as well! For some just buying and insuring the car is a stretch!!!

Keep up the work rossi and enjoy the forum!![:D]

Hmm...that front ride height, not good, you need to get that sorted ross.

Wheels are okay though, kinda like them, lose the rear lights i would say and the badges...get it colour coded.

Just keep it clean, simple and you cant go wrong

As he walks into the pub...everyone turns round and the music screeches to a halt.

You lot are awful....[:D]

Changing the rear lights and lowering it would be a start.

Other than that the other little details can be considered over
time.Have a look at some of the cars in the gallery and see if
you get any ideas there.

Any other advise you just need to ask.

i'm sorry, but i disagree with most of yous.

his car could be nice... but at the minute he knows himself it needs a bit more!

i'm not all about OEM, but those particular lexus lights in particular dont suit the car at all. the wheels are nice. i'm not so fussed on the badges though, but again it is personal choice. i just dont think it is fair to say "yeah mate, your car looks well" when you're probably thinking it doesn't.

i prefer people to be honest, and i dont think anyone has given him a slating over his car. most of us are in the same boat, where modifying is a slow business (apart from Sonny [:p]) and any help people on this forum can give him, i'm sure he'll see it and appreciate it!

i have had a few different rears, but these make it stand out and think it sets the car off, but hey, each to their own

as for the dub badge, ebay

wot about the back o the car, i was thinkin of the boot infill, so that the boot comes down smoothly over that stupid sill / ledge which just gets dirty all the time ??

and german style number plates, white and yellow, anyone know where i can get them??

I can argue both sides here. It is his first couple of posts so we should be welcoming but, equally, he is putting his pictures up on a public forum asking what we think.

My thoughts on the car follow what everyone else has said...although I wouldn't have used the word gash.

rossi they are on the same page as the boot infill at the bottom. If you want the boot to look really good with the infill you need to remove the rear handle and get a good body shop to blend in the point where the rear hatch blend meets.

Mate the only negative comment is loose the rear's I like the DUB badge you have. where did you get it from as I may just be tempted to join you and buy one.
Sonny
Sonny,

You can mail order the DUB badges & also decals from DUB magazines online shop

http://www.dubshop.com/shop/cart.php?target=product&product_id=16133&category_id=248

I buy their magazine quite a lot, its an iteresting read on how the other half lives [:|]

http://www.dubpublishing.com/

They also do wheel sizes badges, so you could get some for your mates Range on 22"[;)]

I got a sticker for my bmx "twentyinchesstrong" , which I think is cool as Fooook

**************************************************************************************

As for the new boys MK4, I think its looks quite good, the lights arent my taste, but thats what makes us all different, if we wanted to all look the same we'd be driving a Mondeo.

Keep it up [Y]
