Thanks [Y]

Definitely getting the Bonrath grille painted and the bonnet de-notched, think that will improve the front.

Wondered about an LCR splitter but it lowers the front even more and damned speed bumps round here are a nightmare!

It's a really harsh ride I have to say, so unforgiving (glad my other half drives it, I've got the ED hehe).

Car looks absolutley awesome

How do you find the hofele side skirts for fit etc?

Cheers
The Hofele's fitted really well. No probs whatsoever. Used Tiger Seal after fixing in the arches and two brackets along the length. Was dreading the DIY but was fine.

The Tiger Seal has failed though but that's my fault. The trolley jack arm squeezes the skirt very slightly when jacking up and has 'popped' the TS (as the car is low). Just means when you get out you have to make sure you don't catch the top lip of the skirt.

Quite alot of new parts have been fitted to freshen the car, new wing mirror covers, new rub strips all round, 2nd set of delock caps... the list goes on, but after 12yrs it's still looking good.

O man - I love the Rline rear bumper with twin rear exhaust cut out! - i'd have it on mine if i could afford it lol! very nice

And you've got a blueflame exhaust like mine wooot
I only did the Rline a couple of weeks ago, was incredibly careful with the Dremel. One slip and no rear insert. You can't buy them seperately now.

Going to use some black heat resistant paint on the lower part of the Blueflame back box, that would be my only criticism of the BF, it's rear box is too 'round' and not totally discrete.

Haha yea I know, its a risk, but the outcome was worth it

Agreed, I have been considering it myself, but so far it has not bothered me too much, maybe once the novelty has worn off a bit I will give it some black too.

BTW you BF instalation guide with part numbers was very helpful - I have put up my own review of my system on my build thread, and linked your 'how to' thread in it [Y]
