Me,

I want to...

1, Eat healthier. [+o(]

2, Loose a few stone !!! (I'm 6'2" and am about 17.5 stone, want to get to 14 ideally.....which is more than a few)

3, Stop talking poo and doing pointless posts on here.

1. Back into a regular routine at the gym.

2. Be a bit more more motovated at work!

3. Get a flat/house/car sorted out.

1 / Stop Smoking (will be easy as im not addicted as such, just enjoy them but can happily stop anyday)

2/ Eat healthier, maybe put a bit of weight on, need to be a bit broader.

3/ Start a little savings account, just incase i get in the cack one day. Something to fall back on.

Think the only one ill do i start a savings account though [y]

1) Win a multiple rollover on the Euro Millions myself

2) Buy a small island, maybe Tenerife

1. Start training for the Reading half marathon

2. Start going to the gym regularly again

Don't worry i'm the same height and 18 stone.
Looking at the BMI data and height / weight ratio stuff, I should be about 12 stone ? If I was I'd be like skelator. Certanly could do with loosing at least 2 stone.

2. Ban smoking in the house

3. Lose some weight and get back into cycling/gym/football

4. Pull finger out and do those 28 million jobs that I know need to be done around the house

1. Get on the property ladder (probably buy to let to increase my deposit stash)

2. Setup a business to handle increasing amounts of work I seem to getting passed my way

3. Keep this place going for another year

4. Travel.
Number 3.

I think we all would very much like that to happen.

1. Train my clients harder

2. Start training myself a bit harder

3. Set up a business (might have to sell the anniversary to do this though so i have some money to put into the new business)

2. Attend some meets organised on this forum (see my I'm a meet virgin post)

3. Finish the decorating (OK that could wait but we are due another baby in July so I want it done by then)

4. Stop whingeing about work or get off my arse and do something about it.

There is a localish one tomorrow night, Tesco Slough 7pm.

ct.p - Yeah seen that mate, I was all up for going and then something cropped up.

Right mines a biggy

1. start Karting again, I really need a productive hobby to de stress me and take me away from bloomin computers

2. lose weight and get fit, which I will otherwise the above 1 becomes a waist of time

3. get the Nurburgring with my mate, as Ive promised him for 2 years

4. Get some debts cleared...... STRICT financial control for 3 months

5. reign my drinking in... may go t-total till my debts in gone...

6. get a bigger house by hook or by crook, albeit buy or extend... but the wifes gonna kill me unless we get more space quickly

Shouldnt be to hard really what I need to do is too link all these into each othere so as I am not alowed to do one without the other..

I'm 6' 2" and 16 stone, of I'm pleased to say well toned muscle. A couple of years back the weight dropped off me ( divorce is a great crash diet ) and I went down to under 14 stone. I looked gaunt and felt weak. These BMI indicators are fine but at the end of the day it's how you look and feel that matters.
