Fitted some 18's onto my 4mo, had to put 15mm spacers on back, and after some advice on here, put some 3mm on front today.

Went out in it to test.....no knocking or catching now while driving.

Next issue is, when braking (moderately), there is a 'clunk' type of noise, and after asking someone to check from outside, it seems that if I am going forward, and I slam on, both front wheels move backwards while braking. If I am going in reverse and slam on, both front wheels move forward when I slam on (although not as noticeable as when driving forward)

Can anybody fathom what this could be? There is plenty of brake clearance, so doubt it is that, and it seemed fine when I had the standard wheels on

Thanks

Does that mean they are weak then and need changing!? As I say, I didn't notice anything with the old wheels on?

Ahh I see, thanks guys. Well what's your opinions...I could either go for some R32 ones, TT ones, or Powerflex?

Any advice on which is best?
