Well after alot of adjustments, bending and welding my new exhaust is finally fitted. A bit louder than my other exhaust but has a nice throaty growl! Big thanks to all the guys at Jon's Exhausts in Newry, Northern Ireland....TOP JOB!

Just waiting on my RCCR's and Aero Wipers and I will be done....on the outside anyway!

Here's some pics:

Looks good mate, and get them RCCR's on. lol aslo have you thought abouty getting a military style rear badge and debadging the GOLF and GTI badge so it looks less cluttered and more simple.

Sonny

could you take a pic from under the car to see the routeof the pipes ? or did you cut the wheel well out?
Sorry that might be a bit difficult....but I can tell you I did not remove the spare wheel well at all. It has been routed behind the wheel well and out to the right hand side. This was done using a power fork splitter and pipe bending machine. The silencer problem has been overcome by putting in a slimline bullet silencer further back on the right hand side.

ive heard some good reports about jon's work. i got the exhaust in my last car from powerflow, and couldnt fault them either.

where abouts in ireland are you?

any close up photos of the brakes?
I am based in Skerries just north of Dublin.

I don't have any close up photos of the brakes yet but will have shortly when I get the time......I want to paint the calipers first then I will post some pics.

Will be done soon.
