just replaced my standard n75 valve with a n75j valve and i carnt beleive it

its like having it remapped all over again and a lot smoother

have now taken the n75j valve off after suffering boost problems and holding back now for sale in the classified

Revo software is designed to work with the standard valve not J for future reference I believe the J helps on upsoluted models though

Not on Smithjoes Upsoluted ARZ 1.8T.

He removed it due to it robbing him of top end power.

I wouldnt contemplate using this valve on any other car than a stock 1.8T.

All respective remaps are written around stock N75's and none of them have N75J's.

I fitted one 2 weeks ago to my upsoluted ARZ and it instantly felt
smoother (particularly below 2k rpm) so IMHO it's worth fitting for
that alone.

But mine also felt a lot stronger to 4.5k rpm. Can't really comment on
the top end as I rarely take the car above 5k rpm and rarely drive
above 80mph suffice to say mine has always felt a bit flat over 5k rpm
before remap, after remap and after n75j.....

AFAIK Smithjoe also experienced a smoother delivery and more low down poke when he fitted his...

iirc it does just that it aids low down power at the cost of top end, but as I generally drive way below the red line it suits me [:)]

thanks for all the info its still for sale i paid ?46 for it was on my car for about 1 hour max if any one is interested make me an offer still waiting for it to go in the classified section might just put it on ebay if no one on here wants it
