Finally got my car down to AmD yesterday to have the stage II fitted. A remap and milltek cat back exhaust. The car had a small hiccup on the way as its battery went flat when the guys were uploading the new code (!) But every credit to them, they removed the ECU, which is not an easy task, and put the code in - probably taking them an hour or longer than if my car had behaved itself.

The exhaust fitting took about 30 mins or so, AmD's attention to detail fitting the exhaust was superb.

In fact, I (& my girlfriend who came too) were really impressed with their professionalism and how friendly they all were. Full credit to AmD I'd certainly take my car there again and recommend without hesitation.

The car is as transformed as these graphs suggest, with a subtle exhaust note. Couldn't sleep this morning as I need to take the car out again - right now![:D][:D][:D]

Royster, it's lb/ft as far as I know - which is a serious upgrade on the stock figure(+80)! I guess thats from the way I drive the car, which is pretty much always on the motorway in 6th at about 3000rpm.

The peak at 3100rpm in 6th is quite astounding! It accelerates like a scared rabbit!

Was there some sort of audi meet on at AMD on Saturday? I was driving on the M40 past the Bicester junction and I saw a number of Audis in various modified guises coming on at junction 9. Some very nice looking cars indeed!!
