My dub got new boots (audi TT comps..)

Well I went and baught some Audi TT comps for ma dub and here they are
3 of the alloys are mint and ones got very slight corrosion which
can be repaired for ?20 so not bad after all. Heres some pics anyway of
when they were being fitted and some pics on my driveway.

Nice work, they look great !!

A wheel that really suits the MKIV IMO. You should get decent money for your BBS's if you decide to sell them as well.

I hadn't noticed it before with your BBS's on, but now with these it really highlights the need for he car to be lowered, what a difference an inch makes ! some 15mm spacers would look good on the rear too.

PS i hope these aren't the set Tabs was interested in !

Looks much much better. Just got to get the ride height down a bit now.

Ditto.. looks good. But the 6th picture down has just
confirmed to me why i'm saving up for coilovers first, before I
stick my comps on.

That pic was literally taken as the jack was just taken down, the car
has settled quite a bit now after a few miles of hard driving.

You beat me to it Sonny! Im picking mine up tomorrow. Wheels should go
on Saturday. The funny thing is - it will look very similar to yours!
Except the valances.

They do look smart and its removed any doubt I had about the looks.
Whats the handling ride quality like? Big difference or not noticible?

The ride quality is a tad more firmer, when in motion it looks the
business, and after the car settled a bit it dont half look bad, If i
put some 35mm springs in there it would sit on the tyre quite nicely.
